Pallet information
Size and Weight
Pallets are 4 feet wide by 4 feet long and can weigh upwards of 2000 pounds depending on moisture content.
A minimum half-ton truck with suitable size bed (no step side) or trailer is required for safe pickup.
The tailgate on the truck or trailer may need to be removed for the pallet to be loaded properly by the forklift.
Coverage Area
Each pallet will cover 450 square feet. It is best to overestimate the amount needed to compensate for trimmed corners in the planting area.
Half pallets can be provided if needed to finish the job.
